Gold Coast, Australia Village Roadshow Limited Full time

**Duties**:

- General office duties i.e. filing, photocopying, scanning and written communication, telephone enquiries, taking messages etc.
- Source, liaise with suppliers and gather quotes
- Complete all PR’s for Costumes including Operations, Events and Capital PR’s
- Maintain and monitor monthly expenses
- Assist in end of month accounts and reporting
- Dry-cleaning for Operations and Show & Entertainment
- Complete contractor order forms to send to suppliers
- Stock control for Costumes Movie World and Sea World
- Be trained and available to work 2 days a week & fill in for shifts within Distribution

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous administration experience essential
- Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Costume experience an advantage
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with an attention to detail
- Professional and friendly disposition
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work on any day including weekends and school holidays
