**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Distribution Centre’s (DCs) and be the key contact point between DCs and Lotte Support Office teams. This role will also work closely with the Supply Chain Manager on implementing Logistics strategic objectives.

**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:

- Managing weekly inbound shipments and providing updates to the Merchandise teams.
- Liaising with freight forwarders to ensure all shipping dates and documentation are issued correctly and updated in the system.
- Supporting DC teams with any supplier delivery queries.
- Working with DC to develop/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with DC teams to develop operational reporting.
- Support RFP (tenders), Projects and data analysis.
- Checking and approving supplier invoices.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support DCs with relevant Safety documentation
- Work with DC teams and Service providers on improving service and reducing costs.
- Support DC teams with internal stock transfers.
- Centralise the procurement of MHE (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, and Pallets etc.)
- Support DC teams with direct to consumer (DTC) deliveries.

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:

- Streamlining communication between DCs and Support Office teams.
- Centralise and co-ordinate procurement for non-stock products.
- Working closely on resolving inventory queries with DCs and Compliance teams.
- Support the development of Service Provider KPIs and SLAs.
- Support the DCs on ensuring the turnaround time is achieved as per business goals.
- Monthly Safety reporting
- Carry out any duties as reasonably requested by the Supply Chain Manager.

**WHO ARE YOU?**

**_ Essential_**
- Proven ability to operate on-the-tools (Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, website navigation)
- Minimal 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in a Logistics Role
- Retail experience highly regarded
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills (required).
