Falls of Sound is an unbiased independent hearing clinic specialising in the latest technology in hearing. We are currently looking for an Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our organization, as well as being the first point of contact for both team members and clients contacting our business in Maroochydore.

Although you are based on reception, there is a vital element of administration as you will support the wider team.

Working within the Hearing Industry, you will be responsible for data entry, following up on results, creating reports and assisting management with the overall day-to-day runnings of the business. So experience in this industry is desirable.

**What we need**:

- Good experience working in an administrative environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills, with a courteous and polite phone manner.
- A high level of customer service skills, including flexibility, tact and diplomacy.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to take quick action to identify and resolve problems.
- Sound planning and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and cope with competing demands.
- Advanced computer skills with a good working knowledge of various software packages.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
- Proven ability to maintain satisfactory performance & productivity at all times.
- Applicants will have a current driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
