Aspect Personnel are currently working with a council in Melbourne's Western Suburbs to recruit a Coordinator of Building Maintenance.

This is a Band 7 level position and the initial contract tenure is 3 months.

Employed as a Building Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring ensuring maintenance of Council's Buildings and Facilities.

This involves project management, contractor management, financials and provision of advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing the maintenance of building and facilities
- A solid understanding of Local Government procedures, principles and legislation
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and ESM
- Ability to write and present reports to various stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
