Building Maintenance

We're looking for a capable, hands-on tradesman who's equally comfortable managing fit outs, coordinating contractors, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. The role bridges practical trade work with site coordination, small project management, and ongoing property maintenance across our commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake maintenance and repair work across multiple sites (carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, electrical coordination, etc.).
- Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors on active fit-outs and refurbishments.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Prepare minor quotes, source materials, and manage purchase orders.
- Report on progress, issues, and maintenance needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and site access requirements.
- Liaise with tenants and contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Assist in setting up new offices or refurbishments as needed — both planning and hands-on execution.
