We have a 4 Pines microbrewery on-site, which, combined with our state-of-the-art fit-out situated right on Darling Harbour, makes us the ultimate sport and beer lovers paradise

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team

Flexible rostering is available over a rotating roster

Your key responsibilities will include:
Spreading the love of the sport
Bar operations of a large venue on King Street Wharf
Leading the bar from the front through busy service periods
Assisting the Venue manager in the successful running of the venue, with a heavy focus on the bar
Monitoring labour costs and COGS
Development and mentoring staff to help reach their full potential
Driving our internal customer loyalty program
Serving our guest to the highest levels
Following steps of service
Staff training, development and coaching
Promoting our products

To be successful in this role, you will have:
2+ years in hospitality management
Experience in bar and stock management
Display a genuine passion and flare for the industry
Previous exposure in fast-paced, high volume venues
The ability to work unsupervised whilst maintaining organisation, motivation and efficiency
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
All NSW RSA and COVID vaccine requirements
In depth knowledge and passion for the sport is a bonus

- 8 hour shift
