Since launching The Sporting Globe, the business has already been recognised as a leader by the Victorian Australian Hotels Association and Fox Sports voted as a finalist for Best Sporting Bar, Pub Tab & Specialty Venue.
We are seeking hard-working and vibrant **bartenders** to provide support to the Front Of house team at our Sporting Globe venue. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for customer service, consistency, teamwork and producing great quality products We pride ourselves on our in-house training programs, competitive remuneration and career progression opportunities for our entire team.
**What is your role?**
- Promoting our loyalty program to our customers
- Following your steps of service
- Customer-first Culture - Drop everything for our guest
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Support the team by running food and drinks to guests and clearing plates and drinks
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
**What is required?**
- Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- RSA
- Weekend availability
- Coffee experience
- Cocktail experience
