**Client Profile**
Our client is a leading Hospitality Operations Group that understands how to execute quality food and beverage within premium volume driven environments. In partnership with with an internationally recognised Hotel Group they are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all hotel food and beverage departments.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of all food and beverage department across the Hotel. Providing ongoing leadership support, driving development, increasing revenue, and ensuring product service and quality across the Hotels' restaurants, bars, cafes and event spaces.
You will be a key player in the guest experience. You will have the confidence to work with the food and beverage team to drive exceptional service and develop your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Previous experience in multi-outlet restaurant/ bar operations and events
- A hands-on management style
- Strong leadership and team development qualities
- Excellent financial acumen and drive to achieve results
- Attention to detail with guest experiences
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Strong communication skills with both your team and major stakeholders
- Current work rights within Australia
**Offer**
This role is offering a competitive remuneration package comprised of a base salary plus super.
