ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Cranbrook Care’s state
of the art aged care residence, Bella Vista Gardens in North West Sydney. Delicious, fresh food is
integral to an enjoyable and healthy lifestyle for our aged care residents. In this role, you will:

- Perform general kitchen and cleaning duties;
- Comply with the Cranbrook Care Food Safety Program;
- Contribute to the kitchen team through delivery of high quality and timely output;
- Treat other team members with care and respect and continuously improving own skills and capabilities

to enhance team performance; and
- Report to the Executive Chef.
- Experience in aged care, a hospital or hospitality;
- Experience in a large-scale commercial kitchen;
- A passion for food services;
- Have intuition and follow direction well;
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service;
- The ability to work as part of a team; and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
