Our client is growing and are looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their amazing team. This fast-paced role will see you assisting customers with all queries via phone and face-to-face, following up on leads and maintaining the customer database.

**The role**:

- Manage customer queries
- Follow up on leads and quotes and close sales
- Maintain customer database
- Data entry
- General administration
- Manage and process orders
- Process warranties, claims, and credits
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Liaise with sales and internal teams

**To be successful you will Possess**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude
