**Job Description**:
What is the role?

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be joining a team that works in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a remarkable experience in achieving their goals, identifying ways we can help them improve, removing roadblocks and creating great relationships. New challenges will lurk around every corner and you’ll be in the company of a highly skilled team solving problems and helping customers collaboratively.

What will you be doing?- Maintain and develop existing relationships, with a customer-first approach and the desire to create a remarkable experience for them- Identifying opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction and success- Consulting with stakeholders to ensure that our products and services are delivering value to customers- Contacting disengaged customers to upsell and cross sell products and services in order to increase average yield per customer- Help ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and identify areas for improvement- Working closely with our Activations Team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing care- Continually look for areas of improvement and development

Job Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?

Practically, to succeed in this role, you need to have some, if not all, of this stuff:
- Experience implementing SaaS-style products into businesses and driving change management- Experience or knowledge of the real estate domain, in particular, the systems and tools currently used by real estate agents- Key personal behaviours: self-starter, results-oriented, persuasive, multi-tasker, service-oriented and professionals- Strong verbal, phone, written communication skills and attention to detail are highly valued- Strong presentation skills via video and face-to-face interactions- The expertise to get to the heart of a customer’s needs- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks- Relevant experience in client support (ideally working with tech solutions)- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower team members to achieve their best in a fast-pace environment- Record of success collaborating with all levels of internal stakeholders- Experience navigating and resolving client escalations- Excellent organisational, problem solving and decision-making skills- Understanding and interpreting customers real estate CRM data and overlay it with the customer’s key objectives
