A globally-renowned fast-food giant is searching for an experienced HR System professional to join them as an Integration Lead. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a People Systems professional to work in a Lead capacity, ensuring WorkDay Core HCM and Payroll is integrated smoothly.

**Your new role**

As Integration Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

- Identifying and documenting which systems need to be integrated, and the high-level functional and technical requirements of each.
- Coordinating between vendors and internal IT departments on any technical requirements and inputs.
- Defining, conducting, and overseeing the testing of the integrations alongside stream leads.
- Providing input into the development of change & communication plans, and training plans/content.
- Identifying and managing risks and issues that may impact the integration stream.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

You’ll need to possess the following skills/experience:

- Experience implementing integrations between HR and Payroll/Finance systems.
- Experience with integration requirement development, design, and testing.
- Knowledge of IT Security assessments to ensure compliance.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and an ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
