Floqast Au Pty. Ltd. is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with a customer-centric culture seeking a full time Partner Implementations Team Lead at our Sydney office in the CBD.
The Partner Implementations Team Lead will play a critical role in developing partnerships and delivering learning programs to equip our implementation partners with the ability to understand FloQast’s products and implement them. Driving relationship development and engagement with our outsourced implementation partners will be key to ensure the successful launch, adoption, expansion and advocacy for our suite of products.
This pivotal role will own the management of day-to-day tasks related to operational execution of the Professional Services Partnership Program, general program administration, and onboarding/training for FloQast’s implementation partners by enabling them to deliver maximum value to our customers during their implementation period.
Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. This role is a full time position, hybrid working from our Sydney office in the CBD 4 days a week.
**Responsibilities Include**:
Partner Onboarding & Training:
- Serve as the key point of contact and relationship lead for professional service implementation consultants and partner contacts both domestically and internationally.
- Design, develop, and deliver the Professional Services Partnership Program for the full lifecycle of FloQast implementations; includes new partner onboarding, product certifications, and continuous learning to align with KPIs set forth by Customer Success Leadership.
- Execute on the Professional Services Partnership Program by providing coaching, training, and support to our outsourced implementation partners.
- Refine the Program as needed by documenting proven strategies and developing new templates, playbooks, and learning content.
- Work cross functionally with professional services and CS enablement teams to facilitate training to outsourced implementation partners on new and updated product features and changes to the customer implementation process.
- Run weekly calls with key implementation partners to discuss onboarding progress, milestones, feedback, and status of client implementations.
- Grow and direct the professional services team to support the ANZ region.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.
Administrative Partner Program Management
- Own implementation pipeline management and forecasting with FloQast’s Alliances team.
- Run weekly calls with implementation partners’ leadership contacts to discuss pipeline management and client projects.
- Prepare implementation riders and work orders, coordinate billing and invoicing management, and manage customer assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with multiple FloQast cross-functional teams (Partnership, Engineering, Product, Compliance, Security, Operations, Legal, and Enablement) as needed to ensure successful setup and ongoing maintenance of IT, compliance, security requirements, training, and certifications.
- Work with FloQast’s IT, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to document, escalate, and resolve any tech or security issues with implementation partners’ Nutanix Virtual Desktop Instance (VDI), tech stack, or system access by submitting help desk tickets, etc.
- Collaborate with implementation partners as needed to assess the status of setup engagements and provide training on any process or program changes to ensure smooth and successful implementations.
- Manage resourcing for ANZ implementations.
- Lead large-scale implementations for up-market clients.
- Serve as a technical/product resource for the customer service department.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering to identify and prioritize ANZ product needs.
**Desired Qualities and Skills**
- 3+ years of public accounting experience required
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- CPA or CA preferred, or CPA or CA eligible
- Strong working knowledge of FloQast as well as experience with implementing FloQast
- Strong client facing experience preferred
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong project management skills, and ability to work both independently and
- collaboratively to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to scope,
- execute, and measure effectiveness of the program
