**About the role**
- Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend to customer enquiries and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Office management duties.
- Manage and coordinate the supply chain activities for Interclean group, ensuring the right inventory arrives at the right time.
- Establish and maintain relationships with logistics/freight forwarding companies, suppliers and distributors.
- Review BI dashboards and internal systems for stock levels and provide summaries to the Management team.
- Proactively highlight any business issues/watch outs or knowledge across supply chain constraints with Management and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate quotation requests.
- Provide analysis of shipment timeline trends to assist with decision making.
- Assist Marketing & CEO with price list updates.
- Participate in team brainstorming activities to drive process improvements.
- Documentation of the Interclean supply chain process and standards.
**About you**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in order management & supply chain, preferably domestic and international.
- Knowledge of customs and shipment regulations.
- Strong office administration skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Project Management & Supply Chain Systems, Databases.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Seek enjoyment from working in team (true team player) at the same time being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to engage and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including customers and internal teams.
- Juggle competing priorities with an action orientated approach.
- Perform under pressure.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
