**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in one of the most dynamic engineering fields of Fluid Power.

You role will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to Berendsen’s nationwide branch network.

This role is a Monday to Friday part-time position working 9:30am to 2:30pm, with the possibility of progressing to full-time.

You can be based in either our Sydney Head Office (Seven Hills, soon relocating to Norwest) or in our Newcastle Branch.

You will be joining a successful and supportive team, providing professional and friendly service to a range of customers and colleagues.

Your tasks will include:

- Provide internal support for the Sales Team by generating quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support across the national branch network.
- Assist customers with product selection by interpreting catalogues and product information.
