The Opportunity
Nestled within 42 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in the leafy suburb of Ashmore, The Domain Country Club is a resort-style community that is home to 370+ independent living units and apartments. Working within our Apartments Building, we have a rewarding opportunity for a 'Service Coordinator' to join our team. In this role, you will be a true 'all-rounder' in our retirement village, providing service to residents, responding to any incidents & queries and ensuring the entire building is running smoothly, all day long Our Service Coordinators spend time serving meals, responding to emergencies, doing domestic cleaning tasks, hosting activities, helping in the kitchen and anything else that comes up If you enjoy being hands-on and are passionate about seniors, this is a perfect opportunity for you.
What we offer
- $34.97/hour including 25% casual loading + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation. Earn up to 1.75x on Sundays

You will
- Provide support and coverage to kitchen staff to ensure smooth morning tea, lunch or dinner services
- Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with any resident requests
- Coordinate fun, social and inclusive activities for residents
- Complete general domestic cleaning common areas
- Be prepared to jump in and help on the floor with any tasks around the village

What you will bring
- Experience in any customer-facing roles (e.g. hospitality, retail, aged care, cleaning or admin)
- A warm & friendly personality that has the ability to work autonomously
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or be willing to obtain prior to employment)
- Current Police Check Certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you)
- Two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
