Specializing in air conditioner cleaning, ductwork remediation, mould remediation, and indoor air quality testing, EHS ensures safe and efficient spaces for businesses. EHS is expanding its team and is looking for a skilled **Equipment Hire Manager** to support its growing operations full-time, offering an annual remuneration of **AUD 70-80K.** The company is committed to hiring individuals who align with its high standards of service and professionalism, ensuring continued excellence in delivering HVAC hygiene solutions. **Scope of the role**:

- Oversee the hiring and leasing of specialized equipment, including air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and air mover fans, to businesses in a range of industries, accommodating their resources and needs.
- Track and maintain stock levels of rental equipment, ensuring availability for clients across interstate areas, managing the demand of the inventory throughout the year.
- Maintain customer relations by providing expert advice on equipment selection and usage for commercial, industrial, and residential clients needing air quality solutions.
- Coordinate by supervising the daily equipment hire operations, ensuring efficient booking, dispatch, and returns.
- Collaborate within the team between field technicians and external stakeholders to coordinate equipment needs for on-site projects and lease inventory.
- Ensure all rental equipment is regularly inspected. cleaned, maintained, and serviced to meet safety and operational standards before each hire.
- Maintain compliance with industry health and safety regulations related to equipment handling, hygiene standards, and air quality control.
- Manage rental pricing, cost efficiencies, and profitability while maintaining competitive service offerings.
- Coordinate the transportation logistics, delivery, and collection of hired equipment to ensure timely service for clients across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation with records of rental agreements, equipment usage, inspection details, maintenance schedules, and financial transactions for operational efficiency.

**To Be Considered, you should have**
- At least 2 years of previous experience in equipment hire, HVAC hygiene, remediation, or a related field.
- Preferably have a certificate in business or logistics management.
- Ability to multitask and assist a range of clients
- Understanding of the equipment and workplace health and safety regulations of the industry.
