**We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Head of Sales Operations APAC professional to join our team based out of our Dandenong South Office.**

**This is a full time role with full-function Head of Sales Operations APAC role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
Utilising tools developed by Wurth Industries in Germany, report on sales functions and work with the Sales team to utilise this data to improve sales and profitability

Assist the Managing Director with all Sales Operation topics including but not limited to; Territory management, Pipeline management, Product Management and Customer management. Particular attention will be paid to the overall topics of Sales, Gross Profit and customer productivity in general

Working with the CPS Administrator, ensure that all CPS customers are running as efficiently as possible utilising a series of company tools including, CPS Optimisation programs, CPS Audits, CPS Contract renewals

Ensuring adequate pricing support is provided to the Sales team in the form of Basic Price Lists, Pricing Renewal Tools and RFQs

Ensure that all deadlines and measures are fulfilled in the areas of Sales Operations, Pricing and CPS Management.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and sound accounting knowledge
- Highly motivated with the desire and drive to effect positive change
- Good understanding of numbers and affinity to sales
- Strong negotiating, liaison, influencing and problem solving skills
- Strong supervisory/management skills
- SAP experience is preferred

**Salary**: $94,286.01 - $196,222.75 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
