**Head of People**

The Company manufactures and distributes a range of water fittings and castings that largely serve the water market.

An Australian-owned and operated business that prides itself on providing its customers with products, services and solutions to meet their niche needs.

The business designs, manufactures and distributes a wide array of products including iron water valves and fittings, stainless-steel clamps and couplings, steel ground engagement tools for the mining sector and steel fittings for the rail sector.

**The Role**

New acquisitions has meant that a Senior HR professional is now required.

As Head of People, you’ll play a critical role in cultivating the culture while overseeing the people strategy, people operations and engagement of an exceptional team of professionals. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of People will align the organisation’s strategic priorities with the people strategy.

**Is This You?**
- Senior-level People function experience with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams and driving people transformation in a fast-growing organisation
- Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)
- Experience with organisational transformation, change management, and organisational design
- Demonstrated capability to bring fact-based decision-making to people challenges
- Ability to influence and shape conversations at all levels within an organization, including outside of direct reporting lines
- You’re known as someone with deep empathy and compassion for people
- Strong understanding of business operations across multiple sites in a scaling and heavy industrial environment
- Ability to operate strategically while simultaneously leading and coaching your team
- Comfortable with travel to and from sites on a regular basis
