Credit Hire Team Leader Settlement

**About the Role**

To lead a dedicated and task focused team of Credit Hire Settlements Specialists to ensure the best client and company outcome are achieved, whilst delivering consistently high levels of service to each and every stakeholder.

Our Team Leaders play a critical role in maintaining service and cost focused outcomes that deliver in the areas of Timeliness, Quality and Cost.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations
- Solid understanding of Credit hire and how to effectively negotiation outcomes
- Legal precedents made for Credit hire
- Third Party Settlements, including Liability & relevant insurance laws
- Proven leadership experience with strong negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to provide data analysis with strong written verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated financial and KPI performance.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
