**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role is an ongoing permanent opportunity to work closely with the Onboarding Lead, to support the smooth delivery of projects.
The role will be situated within the Onboarding team, working four days a week in a hybrid working model.
Housed within the People Experience function, the Onboarding team was established to support and enhance the relevant onboarding and onboarding-related development experience of Reece employees.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Day-to-day administration and event management related to the delivery of our programs, including but not limited to calendar management, room bookings, catering organisation, and liaising with stakeholders.
- Document and information distribution, e.g. sharing relevant documents and reports with identified stakeholders.
- Data admin, including but not limited to entry and report collation.
- Communications support, including but not limited to drafting comms pieces according to a brief.
- Being point of contact for various working groups.
- Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. time frames, processes, outcomes.
- Ensuring resources and equipment are always available.
- Understanding formal escalation and review processes.
**KEY SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Previous experience in project coordination
- Proven experience in supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work within short time frames and under pressure
- Open to new processes and willing to make improvements as necessary
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and work effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiastic self-starter, with the ability to make sound, independent judgments within established policies and procedures.
