Who are we?

We are Springwood Sports Club, the greatest Club on the Blue Mountains, offering a diverse range of facilities including dining (Gather), Event Room Hire, Gaming, Bar, Tab, Keno and Promotions.

A great opportunity

We are looking for a people-person Someone who enjoys interacting with others and helping to create memorable experiences for our members and visitors while they spend time at our venue.

The purpose of this role is to:

- Create memorable experiences for our customers.
- Educate our customers about what’s on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards.
- Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service.
- Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission and Values.
- Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling).
- Implement and champion change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation
- Support and coordinate training, onboarding, and coaching of new starters to the organisation
- Day-to-day management of Club Operations - including opening and closing, cash handling, legislative compliance, and grievance handling
- Monitor and respond to service levels - received goods, response times, service quality, - and assist where appropriate.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, flexible and approachable. To succeed in this role, you will have
- A high standard of personal grooming in line with the club's dress and grooming standards
- Confidence to work independently and think on your feet to resolve issues and manage tricky situations
- A high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- RSA and RCG
- Willing and able to work hours required in hospitality. We operate 7 days a week with shifts between the hours of6:00am - 02:00am
- Demonstrated ability to deliver agreed outcomes, targets and KPIs, both personal and for your team
