**The Role**

Bielby is experiencing a period of sustained growth and as a result are seeking a **Leading Hand** to report to the Supervisor, driving excellence in:
As a Leading Hand you will be initially engaged to support the Supervisors in completing a Bielby construction project based in Springwood. You will support the team in supervising workers to ensure the final product meets specifications in terms of safety, design, quality, and budget.

**About You**
- Experience as a leading civil hand with a minimum 2 years of experience
- Participating in and Running of daily prestart and work briefings
- Aiding in the completion of Projects within allocated time and budget
- Aiding in the control of all assets onsite including, plant, vehicles, hand tools, lasers, etc
- Excellent organisational skills and managing a small crew
- Possess the ability to problem solve and be innovative in a team setting
- Ability to read and interpret designs and plans
- High regard and commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Reliable car and Drive License
- Right to work in Australia.
