**YOUR ROLE**

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our internal and external stakeholders.

**ABOUT YOU**

Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong communication and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. Strong administrative capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

- Prior experience in customer service
- Highly motivated with confident and pleasant phone manner
- Ability to grasp technical product range and terminology

The following is advantageous but not essential:

- Prior experience with PRONTO
- Knowledge of emergency services industry and products
