Customer Service & Sales Administrator – Join Our Supportive & Growing Team

Location: Malaga, Western Australia

Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours (School Hours Welcome) | Immediate Start

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super (pro rata for part-time, depending on experience)

We're looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales & Logistics team in Malaga.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Part of a small team, reporting to the Inventory & Logistics Manager
  • Enter and manage customer purchase orders in our CRM system
  • Prepare order acknowledgements, backorders & delivery documents
  • Communicate with customers about order and backorder status
  • Create invoices and email customers promptly
  • Answer phone and email enquiries about sales, products and shipping
  • Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate picking, packing and dispatch
  • Book local and international freight
  • Provide general admin support to the Sales and Management teams

What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support or admin
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
  • Confident, friendly communication style with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and "manage up" to the management team
  • A proactive, flexible and positive attitude, no task too big or small
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (an advantage)
