AssetOn, part of the COSOL Group, is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance planning services for Australia's mining and resources sector.

We specialise in supporting operational success through reliable planning, scheduling, and systems-based solutions.

Due to continued demand, AssetOn Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Work Management Data Support Officer**to support our client's operations and maintenance teams in Brisbane. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and compliance in work management systems, collaborating with a broad stakeholder group to help maintain asset performance and meet statutory obligations.

**About the Role**
- Support day-to-day work management data tasks including compliance reviews and data entry
- Ensure records and reporting align with statutory requirements and site expectations
- Assist with Master Data follow-ups and documentation
- Run compliance reports and flag risks or overdue actions
- Communicate across maintenance, planning, engineering, and SAP support teams
- Occasionally travel to site as required

**About You**

To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills:

- Prior experience in a maintenance or operational support role within heavy industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to compare and validate data
- Confident communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar CMMS highly desirable
- Previous exposure to planning, scheduling or Master Data is advantageous
