**Your Role**:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Support the delivery team in researching, developing and implementing new initiatives
- Supporting design critique in the delivery of initiatives for the rest of the product team
- Ensure digital experiences align to the Flybuys Design System and brand experience delivering beautiful, simple, clean and accessible digital assets.
- Deliver an insight-led approach to UX & Product design, exploring user problems via personas, customer journey maps, flows, wireframes, designs and testing prototypes with users.

**Your Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary degree and 3+ years of experience of solid UX/product designer experience.
- Previous experience in Figma.
- Previous experience in an agile, tech, team environment, understanding and designing for systems.
- Demonstrated experience of the UX process (developing PD documentation, understanding interactions, articulating detailed design specifications, conducting user-testing sessions and planning design workshops).
