**Role purpose**

The design team at Amused Group is an ever-growing, multi-disciplined group of product designers at various levels of experience. This role will require passion for all aspects of design, from concept through delivery.

**The opportunity**
- Work in an autonomous role with plenty of ownership to be had
- As a scale-up business, we still have the startup environment, allowing for experimentation in a dedicated design team
- You will make strategic and tactical decisions related to design and usability, as well as features and functions
- Collaborate closely with our product development team and development team
- You will facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for all products.

**Key selection criteria**

**Required experience**
- Experience with A/B testing, iteration, and fostering an environment where people can experiment and learn.
- Working knowledge of complex and iterative design systems
- Wireframes, user stories, rapid prototyping.

**Who you are**
- Passionate about exemplary user experience and staying up to date with digital design standards and trends
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CS, (Sketch, Invision) and other prototyping tools
- Lots of creative flare and eye for designing beautiful aesthetics
- Any previous wagering, free to play, or sports experience would be very helpful.
