**About us**: **About the position**: Whispir Product designers work in cross-functional teams responsible for every aspect of our product experience and design process. Your role involves bringing insights from conducting customer research into product discovery, facilitating design discussions, providing direction to the design solutions that align with our business needs and testing them to ensure that it is usable and intuitive for our customers. Our Product Experience Design team consist of user researcher, service designer and product designers. We are responsible for research operations, tactical research, strategic research, service design, design operations, interaction and experience design, design system, identifying opportunities, pretotyping, prototyping and testing. You will be part of our Whispir Experience Design team involved in exciting initiatives such as Research Mature Organisation. We love our work and pride ourselves in creating a Whispir design movement where we share design thinking activities and stories to inspire and help everyone learn about design to improve their day-to-day life and work. **Key responsibilities**: The designer will craft and drive the next evolution of our platform. On a day to day basis you will be creating and contributing to our nova design system working on figma tokens, interaction and experience designs including interactive prototypes. You will be working closely with product manager, development, delivery and design teams and be directly responsible for the way our users interact with the Whispir brand. Every team is different, but this is roughly how you should probably expect to spend your time. - Talking with customers to uncover user needs (10%) - Building prototypes and testing them with users. (30%) - Researching current products on the market (10%) - Learning and development to increase your skills. (10%) - Design handover and implementation with engineering teams. (20%) - Working with product managers on ideas.
