Easygo is a well established tech scale up, we pride ourselves on being early adopters; progressive in our approach and being adaptable to the ever changing technology landscape. Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms and sportsbooks. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 125+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.

***What you will do****:
Easygo is currently looking for passionate and determined Product Designers who can deliver meaningful digital experiences for our users.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for streamlining new and existing product features as well as providing new ideas and solutions for our products. This requires you to have a deep dedication to understand user needs and requirements through appropriate research methodologies and being able to fluently translate these insights to a variety of stakeholders such as production designers, front-end engineers and marketing specialists.

***Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for product designers who genuinely believe in the empowerment that collaboration and design thinking provides to an organisation.

You will be an advocate for producing best-in-class experiences that resonate with our user base, from end-to-end design. Having strong skills in both research and design is imperative to succeed in this role. You will have the support of individuals within the organisation who have strong research and design skills, this requires you to have excellent interpersonal skills and to act with candour when giving and taking feedback during design critiques and design showcases.

***Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work in a cross-functional environment to create usable designs centred on users.
- Utilise platform analytics to explain and convey user behaviour
- Synthesise research insights from affinity maps and develop resonant personas and customer journey maps that give stakeholders the ability to empathise with our users.
- Illustrate design ideas using task flows, user flows and sitemaps.
- Be able to produce intuitive navigation pathways by improving the information architecture through cardsorting, tree testing and site mapping
- Participate and lead workshopping sessions
- Develop wireframes of various fidelities
- Utilise the iterative prototyping cycle able to validate design decisions through various testing approaches

- Be able to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills where you can act with candour.
- Have the ability to take and give feedback - we always love hearing people's ideas, which means you need to be able to present your work to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Operate with an ownership mentality by taking initiative, being resourceful, and executing with passion
- Be a passionate about learning new concepts in various disciplines that contribute to the shared knowledge of users’ workflows, motivations, goals and pain points
- Contribute to sprint planning and feature prioritisation

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar
- You must have shipped a minimum of 3 digital products for an organisation with proven experience in developing new features or feature optimisation.
- Strong communication skills; you will need to be able to elucidate your ideas as well as manage various stakeholders.
- You have a deep knowledge of Figma
- You must understand the importance of A/B testing and know how to conduct and A/B Test
- Competency in Agile Development and Design Thinking methodologies
- Ability to lead workshops that are impactful and additive to the evolution of product knowledge
- Be able to participate in Design Critiques and use this to further develop your skills
- Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Cloud

**It would be a bonus if you also had (desirable skills)**:

- Sports, Gambling, as well as Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- We would love if you have some exposure to Google Analytics
- Proficient with Google suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
- Any secondary digital creative skills (illustration, interaction design etc.)
- Participated in shipping a Design System
