We are currently searching for a Customer Service Officer / Yardhand (our job title for the role is Company Cars Administrator) to join our team who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Company Fleet Administration services and KPI's.

This role directly interfaces with company staff in the professional delivery of agreed services and support the ongoing maintenance of the company relationships. You will assist in driving operational efficiencies and supporting an inclusive and aligned working culture and ensure harmonious relationships between all team members. You will be also required to perform yard/compound activities as part of the main activities for this role.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Working with the Company Cars Administration Team, ensure operational duties are delivered.
- Confirm delivery details for drivers EPOD and signed off.
- Carry out relevant vehicle registration including cancellations.
- Verify and sign collection advice for changeover vehicles.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded.
- Ensure that driver removes all belongings, updates toll details, and returns both keys for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Ensure driver checks new vehicles for damages and all books, keys and accessories are present.
- Complete damage/accident report if returned vehicle has damage or missing parts.
- Transit Claim to be submitted for vehicle with missing parts or damages on arrival to compound.
- Book vehicles for roadworthy certificates and servicing.
- Wash vehicles according to the set process and quality required.
- General yard maintenance as requested.
- Loading/unloading and moving of vehicles and equipment as required.
