In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. During this year, they also became majority stakeholder of digital health company, SISU Health. The division employs more than 3600 team members.

**What you’ll do**:
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Oversee all stages of franchise contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, legal counsel, and stakeholders, providing updates and handling inquiries.
- Build relationships, manage contract execution, address complaints, and meet franchisee needs to reduce retention risks.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions, supporting data access and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance operational efficiency, develop aligned policies, and stay updated on industry trends to optimise contract management.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Extensive contract administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and error identification.
- Diploma in Business, Commercial Management, Contracts Administration, or related field; undergraduate qualification preferred
