You are a **_program management superstar_**,** with a track record of coordinating and supporting deployment of small and large-scale learning programs. You love all aspects of managing a program, from scoping and conducting needs analyses, collaborating with vendors and SMEs, developing communications, and coordinating the delivery of workshops, to managing budgets, and working to a project plan.
You are **_driven by your values and passion_** to create meaningful learning experiences for participants. You are looking for an opportunity to further develop your design capability, whether that is curating digital pathways, developing instructional design materials, or contributing to out of the box thinking - challenging the traditional models of learning.
**Your Opportunity**
- Forming part of the Capability, Leadership and Talent team _this role will play a key role in supporting a team of program managers to design, develop and deploy learning solutions as part of the firm’s leadership and talent offering._
- Project manage and coordinate the deployment of CLT solutions, including:
- Actively monitor project plans, communication plans, budgets, and invoicing
- Develop high-quality evaluation approaches to ensure exceptional delivery and continuous improvement of programs
- Streamline processes at the interface of new technology
- Ensure scheduling, resourcing and governance of CLT solutions are aligned to processes across the broader team
- Liaise with Learning Operations to ensure timely and efficient deployment of programs and coaching
- Produce and support the setup of virtual learning programs using a range of learning technology platforms
- Support the capacity planning and resource management of solutions, working with coaches, facilitators, and vendors.
- Effectively communicate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance the program experience
- Support the design of CLT solutions by:
- Developing program materials including request for proposals, presentation packs, participant communications, facilitator guides, program collateral
- Bringing best practice techniques to content curation and developing digital learning pathways
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external providers, SMEs, coaches, and facilitators where appropriate
- Identify, research, and analyse viable products and vendors
- Stay abreast with leadership and future of work trends and thought leadership
**Your experience**:
To be successful in this position your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:
- Background in learning, leadership, or adult development
- Previous instructional design experience for digital, virtual, and F2F environments
- Ability to drive your own projects and manage them end to end
- Qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Change Management, or other relevant fields
