A great opportunity has arisen to join a small consultancy that is committed to cultivating effective leadership and nurturing high-performing cultures through providing high quality leadership development and wellbeing programs. The business is now seeking a Leadership Development Consultant to join their team to create, develop and facilitate a range of programs.

**The Role**:
As the Leadership Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Meeting with clients to undertake a training needs analysis to uncover capability gaps within the leadership development and culture space.
- Designing creative and innovative learning solutions, utilising Organisational Psychology principles.
- Liaising with SMEs to better understand the organisational values to help define learning objectives.
- Creating learning using a blended learning approach, taking into consideration the adult learning principles.
- Facilitating learning programs for a varied audience.
- Undertaking post learning evaluations to understand areas of improvement for learning programs.

**About You**
To be successful within the role you will bring:

- Tertiary qualification within HR, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong experience of designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
- Deep knowledge of leadership development principles and theories.
- The ability to work within a fast paced environment.
- Great stakeholder management skills.
