**Your new company**
This successful, national organisation is currently seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team. Offering flexible work life balance and work from home opportunities. You will play a vital part to improving the quality of life for veterans.

**Your new role**
As a rehabilitation consultant, you will case manage veterans with physical and psychological conditions, ensuring a successful transition back to civilian life. You will also:

- Create, assess, and implement rehabilitation plans, tailored to the client’s needs.
- Ensuring the clients medical, psychosocial, and vocational needs are holistically managed.
- Be responsible for the coordination of return to work and non-return to work strategies.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals and other stake holders to ensure best possible care is provided to clients.
- Manage a varied case load of veterans, using your clinical expertise to direct all activities and recommendations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your dedication and passion to help improve the quality of life for individuals will lead to your success. You will also have:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Comcare accreditation and AHPRA or ASORC registration.
- Working experience within an occupational rehabilitation environment.
- Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle.
