We are a newly established, modern dental practice committed to providing top-quality care to our patients in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated **Dental Practice Manager** to oversee the day-to-day management and ensure the smooth running of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Day-to-Day Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- **Staff Rostering**: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- **Stock Management**: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock is maintained and organized.
- **Patient Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle patient records, billing, and appointment scheduling.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Ensure the practice adheres to relevant health and safety, dental regulations, and industry standards.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in managing a dental practice or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dental software and administrative tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of stock management and ordering processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in practice management.
- Knowledge of dental care standards and protocols.
- Experience with HR management or recruitment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $52,267.50 - $98,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
