Each team member plays an integral role in supporting our clinicians to provide the comprehensive treatments we offer

About the role

Key to this full time opportunity is supporting our clinical team to provide exceptional patient care at each visit and striving for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of chair-side assistance to dentists, hygienists and oral health therapists
  • Demonstrating empathy and professionalism with all patient interactions
  • Supporting clinicians in ensuring patients have a clear understanding of treatment options
  • Managing efficient clinical operations by coordinating schedules, treatment rooms, instrumentation and materials
  • Manage patient records and maintain clinical compliance.
  • Additional duties to support practice workflows – general reception and administrative duties

We are looking for

  • Passion for providing an outstanding patient experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive patient interactions
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members
  • Detail oriented with a high level of organisational skill
  • Familiarity with technology and using dental software, preferably Exact
  • Certificate III or IV or equivalent experience
