KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work effectively with the Ministry Team to see GBC’s mission worked out across Children/Families, with accountability to the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team.
- **Recruit, train and oversee a growing number of servant team leaders and team members (building amongst them a culture of love, support and encouragement).**:

- Manage the Biblical teaching curriculum for the kids’ programs.
- **Ensure that safe ministry requirements are properly implemented in children’s ministries.**:

- Equip, resource and partner with parents for the nurture of their children in faith, godliness and maturity.
- **Empower and equip kids to serve others with their gifts, and to reach out to their friends.**:

- Oversee all our Kids programs, pathways and systems - making them more effective, and/or developing new initiatives/ministries as the Lord leads.
- **Effectively manage church resources by operating within the Kids ministry budget.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $53,405.98 - $96,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
