Student Support Specialist

The Student Support Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.

This position involves providing pastoral care services to students, working closely with the school community to implement wellbeing strategies and coordinate volunteer activities that strengthen connections between students and their communities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive school culture, promoting inclusivity and respect among students, teachers, and staff
  • Develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies, collaborating with the school community to ensure student success
  • Coordinate volunteer activities, enhancing students' connections with their communities
