**About the Role**
We’re looking for a motivated and organised **Sales Assistant / Coordinator** to join our team in Murarrie. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll support our sales and projects teams with administration, logistics, and coordination tasks to help keep our projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer sales calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist with quotes, tenders, and project documentation
- Set up new jobs when a quote is converted to a job, including:

- Placing orders with suppliers and updating job files once order confirmations are received
- Entering pickup dates and setting activities for freight collection
- Issue domestic purchase orders and sub-contractor packs for jobs in progress
- Liaise with installers and domestic freight providers for site deliveries
- Manage international freight logistics, including:

- Liaising with suppliers on collection dates, packaging, and freight bookings
- Consolidating shipments and obtaining sea/air freight quotes
- Clarifying technical or duty queries with freight forwarders
- Tracking shipments and updating job files
- Checking freight invoices for accuracy before payment and allocating costs correctly
- Preparing export documentation as needed
- Assist with stocktakes and stock transfers
- Provide general administrative and business support across the team

Pay: $24.95 - $47.89 per hour
