**About the role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Sales and Customer Support Coordinator to join our team based in Murarrie. You will be supported by a team of sales and support professionals as well as the Manager of Sales Operations.

You wil be responsible for providing timely customer support to accounts and assisting the account managers in various administrative and sales support tasks.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with account managers to deliver client support services ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating project key deliverables as outlined and assigned.
- Undertake client reporting providing for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide data analytics to support sales such as identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies in systems and processes.

**About you**:

- 3+ years' experience in Sales Support Role or IT.
- Strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel.
- Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a positive, open-minded attitude.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 2 years (preferred)
