We currently have an opportunity for a Client Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As the Client Manager, you will play a critical role in the achievement of strategic objectives including proactively identifying process improvements, trends and insights and determining priorities.

**Your new role**
- Successfully manage the service delivery of permanent and contractor recruitment
- Provide support and management to the team
- Engage with stakeholders to drive workforce planning activities
- Identify through data analysis opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation and direct recruitment opportunity
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of SLA adherence
- Effectively collaborate with the team onsite and virtually
- Support the client and Hays initiatives and contribute to the content and coordination of reports (investigating, collating, and analysing data)
