**Here’s a bit about the role**

**Their Aesthetics** team are looking for a **High Performance Coach, Product Educator **to join their team on a full-time basis located in our Chatswood Office. You will be responsible for infield clinic-based training, online product knowledge training/onboarding; developing, and maintaining training material, for the facilitation of product knowledge, retail sales, and post graduate skin training.

You will be an experienced in product trainer within the beauty, wellness, health & fitness, or aesthetics industry, and will have a passion for developing and facilitating retail sales training.

Drawing upon your experience, you will collaborate with Clinic Managers to ensure consistency and competency across all staff, developing and conducting group product training sessions as necessary. You will be an enthusiastic motivator, mentoring teams in retail sales process and consultation procedures.

Within this role you will be required to travel frequently and extensively throughout territory and from time to time across Australia on a need’s basis.

**Interested? Here is what you’ll need to be successful**
- Previous product training experience in the beauty industry
- Previous experience developing and facilitating retail sales training
- Previous experience developing training materials including PowerPoint presentations and Training handouts/Manuals
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal qualities, and communication skills.
- An eye for detail with strong analytical skills and focus on generating reports and insights.
- Excellent communication, customer service, administration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Certificate 4 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (desired)
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (desired)
