**The Role**

Are you an experienced business coach with a knack for operations, a sharp commercial mind, and a passion for helping others succeed? We’re on the hunt for a Performance Coach to support and guide a portfolio of franchisees - boosting sales, profit, operational consistency, and brand engagement across our Anytime Fitness network in Australia. This is a ‘boots on the ground’ high-impact role for someone who thrives on relationships and results. **Key Responsibilities**
- Coach and support franchisees in achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets
- Execute business plans and strategies in line with our brand and growth goals
- Conduct regular business reviews, monthly club visits, audits, and peer group meetings to build relationships and assess performance
- Analyse and guide financial performance, including budgeting and reporting
- Deliver operational and compliance training, supporting continuous improvement and enabling brand excellence
- Champion the use of systems and tools, and ensure consistent compliance with brand standards
- Drive engagement in key franchise events such as conferences and roadshows and delivery of regular training

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**

We’re looking for someone with a well-rounded mix of operations, commercial acumen and coaching capability. You’ll bring:

- Experience supporting franchisees to grow their business and boost profitability
- Proven ability to execute business plans and drive results across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of financial management including budgeting, reporting and commercial analysis
- A focus on operational excellence, compliance and maintaining high brand and franchisee standards
- Ability to implement and embed process improvements across the network
- Experience in multi-site management and delivering high-quality customer service
- Demonstrated success in performance improvement
- Sharp analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
- Excellent time management, skilled at prioritising and meeting competing deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

**Essential Requirements**
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with franchisees and attend business-critical meetings
- Able to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Confident communicator who can engage with franchisees, club staff and members alike
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, as part of a high-performing team
- Process-driven and solution-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset
