- In collaboration with the project team, you will:_

Collaborate with computational designers on tools and workflows to drive our national team’s digital analysis and optimisation strategy

Work on project teams as a high performance building analyst to develop innovative and streamlined analytics approaches

Utilise environmental and building performance data to communicate and drive design decisions

Help validate existing and new computational design tools

Deliver high performance design analysis and project design advice of a high technical standard, integrated across architecture and engineering
- The successful applicant will have:
Bachelor and/or master’s degree in a building design, building science or computer science discipline

2+ years of experience in building performance analysis, computational design, programming and parametric analysis

High proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper (incl. Ladybug tools), Python and/or other programming languages

Basic knowledge of building servicing strategies and solutions

Familiarity with a range of energy modelling protocols

Strong capabilities in data analysis using Excel and Power BI

Track record in NABERS performance evaluation and delivery

Experience in managing Section J, BASIX and NatHERS compliance analysis/processes

Ability to independently read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Green Star Accredited Professional

Ability to work collaboratively to coordinate efforts and create sophisticated parametric models to solve design problems and effectively visualise data
