One of Australia’s prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Training Officer **to coordinate the analysis of training and development needs and gaps across specific national-level emergency management capability projects. The **Training Officer** will design and develop a strategic training plan and training materials including eLearning products. The successful **Training Officer **will be offered an initial **12 month** contract along with a **possibility to extend** partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.
The successful **Training Officer **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with business areas to identify training needs and requirements, capability and skill gaps and appropriate learning strategies
- Developing a strategic training plan
- Lead the delivery of training to front line staff from Commonwealth and state and territory agencies
