**About the role**
We are currently seeking customer-focused, friendly and highly resilient individuals to join our motivated, high performing and collaborative Customer Service team Our team has a passion for providing excellent customer experiences, with a focus on first contact resolution to enquiries.

**About you**
We are looking for individuals who are committed to putting customers' needs first every time and producing great customer outcomes.

You will have a high level of resilience to manage challenging inquiries, while maintaining integrity and respect. You'll also have a positive can-do attitude and be a great team player in a fast-paced environment.

You must be willing to work in a hybrid environment from home and in the office (Caulfield location).

**Skills and experience**
- Ability to demonstrate and display Council's Values - Collaboration, Respect, Service Excellence, Integrity and Innovation.
- Experience in complaints handling and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and listening skills.
- Proficient at using a computer and multiple systems.
- Call centre experience will be highly regarded.

**Other information**
The Service Centre's normal business hours are:

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Tuesday from 8:00am to 7:15pm
