**Your Opportunity**

Our HR Business Partner will support the Corporate functions of Luxottica Australia to provide the best people outcomes for our employees and the business. This is a busy and varied role and will act as the trusted advisor to people leaders by coaching and influencing on all strategic and operational HR matters including employee engagement, performance management, talent development and succession planning and employee relations to ensure maintenance of a high performing culture.

Working alongside our HR Manager we are looking for someone who is hands on and will drive a positive culture by being an ambassador of the Luxottican characteristics.

**Requirements for Success**
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation to ensure they can access strategic, operational and best practice HR advice.
- Provide to leaders and employees on all aspects of employment legislation, policies and procedures, whilst maintaining consistency to ensure best practice.
- Partner with the HR Centres of Excellence to effectively execute on the Luxottica People strategy.
- Work with the Talent Development team to facilitate and guide leaders through the all performance management processes
- Ensure internal mobility is promoted to encourage career movement and identify talent for mobility and progression to the Talent Acquisition team
- Be an advocate of reward and recognition programs to ensure they are adopted and used appropriately within the business unit
- Act as a Change Agent, supporting change management programs to ensure people are considered respectfully and remain engaged throughout the process.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of all new hires in our support office
- Identify needs and collaborate on development programs and implementation in conjunction with the HR Manager

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources or Employee Relations (or similar)
- 3+ years in a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably partnering with support functions such as Finance, Marketing, IT etc
- Good knowledge of Australian employment law
- Sound business acumen and ability to provide consulting expertise in a commercially sensitive manner
- Good stakeholder and influencing skills at a Senior Leadership level
- Drive to pursue opportunities and bring them to life
- Collaborative style and excellent communication skills
