- Due to continued success, UGL are seeking
**2 x Project Controls Leads **to join our Resources & Energy West Team. In this role you will lead the accurate and timely capture, analysis and reporting of Project activities as well as construction performance and initiative strategies to improve outputs across the Project.

**About the role**
- Prepare, revise and communicate project control procedures to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting of all project activities
- Verify coding of all timesheets, costs, quantities, progress and other project data for system input
- Identify, track and secure approval of project changes (Budget & Forecast)
- Develop systems and processes to optimise the efficient management of project data
- Provide leadership and direction for all project controls activities within the project commercial and construction teams

**About you**
- Extensive experience in project controls system development
- Leading edge knowledge and expertise of construction management practices, standards, systems and processes relevant to the project controls activities
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Must be customer focused, team orientated, accountable and results driven
