**Join a Growing Team | Strategic Role | Lead Key IT Procurement Initiatives**

As our business continues to grow, so does our Procurement team. We're currently seeking a **Sourcing & Procurement Business Partner** to take ownership of our IT portfolio. This is a strategic role that will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand medium to long-term business needs, shape procurement strategies, and drive best-in-class sourcing and supplier relationship management practices.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement activities—from market analysis and tendering through to contract award and ongoing supplier performance management. You’ll play a key part in shaping our IT procurement landscape and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

**About You**

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can hit the ground running. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong experience in developing and executing category strategies and managing supplier relationships—particularly in the IT space.
- Proficiency with procurement systems and technologies (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is desirable.
- A sound understanding of legal frameworks related to procurement practices.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
- A critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive for efficient outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional approach and strong work ethic.
